Gray Flycatcher: My 400th California bird!

After posting these photos without comment a couple of weeks ago, I discovered this was the 400th species of bird I have identified in California (eBird total, which includes some escapees not countable on my ABA list).

  1. Up in Descanso, Ca area this little bird comes up and pecks at my window 3 or 4 times a day. Loves when I talk and whistle at it, fluffs up and all. Appears to want to come inside then hops off. I have Oak limbs close to my windows. Just the coolest thing. Wonder how long it'll stick around.
