Cooper's Hawk in a puddle

On a recent business trip I had an hour at dawn for some birding and photography before heading home. One of the first birds of the morning was this Cooper's Hawk standing in a puddle. Perhaps it was thinking about bathing. Perhaps it had been chasing prey. But it was resting on one leg when I came along. I tried both a vertical and horizontal crop.
